Emblem3 turn up the Valentine’s Day heat in Milwaukee

Teen pop sensations Emblem3 and MKTO finally made their long awaited trip to a brisk Milwaukee for a Valentines Day bash leaving half the city’s teenage crowd in smiles and tears.

Their recent success amplified by The X Factor lead to last year’s mid-summer release Nothing To Lose. Working their way up, Emblem3 has dotted the nation with mid sized shows attracting a Bieber-like crowd.

The Milwaukee Valentines Day appearance, supported by MKTO, was a little smaller but still felt like most of the crowd ditched their boyfriend in favor of the band for the February 14th Hallmark holiday.

Although the band is only on its freshman release, they’ve been busy jumping from tour to festival in the second half of 2013 and are wasting no time in 2014 after branching off from supporting Selena Gomez. The “Bandlife” tour marks Emblem3’s inaugural national headlining tour.

Front members Wesley Stromberg, Keaton Stromberg, and Drew Chadwick have become quite the heartthrob for the mostly teenage female crowd. Their music is catered to their liking while staying on the clean side. While dominated by pop rock influences, references to Slightly Stoopid and Matisyahu are done in a tasteful manner.
